All applications submitted by users are listed here. The stage of each application (rejected, committee approval, reviewer approval, etc.) and the related actions can be easily tracked.

When accessing the details of each application, the current stage of the process can be seen. After administrator approval, the application is directed either to a reviewer or to the committee.

If the manager's application is assigned to a referee, a referee or commission may be reassigned based on the referee's response. This allows for a more systematic evaluation of the work.

After reviewing the application, the administrator, committee, or reviewer can make one of three decisions: request corrections, reject, or approve. This decision directly determines the course of the process.

After receiving approval from the committee, the process reaches its final stage and an acceptance letter is prepared. Once an application receives an acceptance letter, it enters the publication status.

This tab contains detailed information about the work subject to the application. Key details such as the type of work, publication medium, material category, topic, and target audience are presented to the user.

This tab contains the name, surname, title, institution, and contact information of the author who submitted the application. Academic identification data, such as ORCID information, can also be viewed here.

The authors, editors, and contributors involved in the preparation of the study are listed. Their titles, full names, and contact information can be viewed in detail.

Files uploaded during the application process are located under this tab. The application file and any supplementary documents can be accessed and reviewed by evaluators from here.

The reviewers and committee members involved in the evaluation process of the work are displayed in this section. Users’ roles, current status, and the date of their last action can be tracked transparently.
